The Turki Gharbi Office, in cooperation with one of the leading national IT companies, has developed the latest voice recording system for the call centers and linked the system to our collection program. This is in response to the demands of our customers, as well as the leading companies in this field. The program aims to record the private call between the collector and the debtor to establish an additional control, and the program has features, including details of the call and live monitoring of calls and connecting it to the Internet, and through this system we can prepare detailed reports and statistical data on all outgoing and incoming calls for this system.
